Compound Eye Inc (“Compound Eye” or the “Company”) provides technology that enables machines to understand surroundings in 3D and in real time using only passive sensors like cameras and IMUs (Inertial Measurements) to facilitate applications in mapping, augmented reality, self-driving cars, and other autonomous robots. “Sales” of Personal Information under the CCPA
For purposes of the CCPA, Compound Eye does not “sell” personal
information, nor do we have actual knowledge of any “sale” of personal
information of minors under 16 years of age.

receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of their rights
conferred by the CCPA.

Please note that we do not currently sell your Personal Information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
